  7. It is a natural process which animal species such as dinosaurs become extinct. There is no reason for people to prevent this from happening. Do you agree or disagree?
  8. Government should ban dangerous sports, others think they have the freedom to choose. Discuss both views and give your comments.
  9. Some people say that the government should pay money for large pieces of art, like sculptures for public display in outdoor places. To what extent do you agree or disagree?
  10. In many countries, a small number of people earn extremely high salaries. Some people believe that this is good for the country, but others think that governments should not allow salaries above a certain level. Discuss both views and give your own opinion.

  5. The natural resources such as oil, forests and fresh water are being consumed at an alarming rate. What problems does it cause? How can we solve these problems?
  6. Some people think investing money in developing technology for space exploration is not justifiable. They believe there are other ways to spend money. To what extent do you agree or disagree?
  7. Today more people put personal and private information (address, telephone and plastic card numbers) online to do their daily activities such as banking, shopping, and socializing. Is this a positive or negative development?
